Welcome to our private villa at the sunny black sea coast. Beautiful nature, fresh air and the charm of the Black sea is what Guest House “ELENA” can offer you. Guest house Elena is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of greenery surrounding it. We spend lots of our energy to make this house as a home, so if you book it you will enjoy it a lot. Here you will find all you need for your holiday. It’s great for families or a big group of friends. Friendly place for babies too.

Our family guest house has three floors. There are 5 bedrooms: three double and two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms. In every room you will find air conditioner, nets on all windows and balcony doors (if you want to leave them open all the time), TV and Wi-Fi. Fresh bedding and fluffy white towels are put out before every new quest. The house is cleaned maintained to a high standard. A large open kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking with a modern cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, el. kettle, mixer, cutlery, pots, pans, plates and cups. Feel free to prepare any meal you wish (cooking oil, sugar, salt and spices are provide as well). Two large tables just next to the kitchen area are set with more than 13 comfortable seats. There is a shelf with books in many different languages for the lazy afternoons. In this space there is an air-conditioner too. There is a second floor accessible by an outside staircase with a spacious bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. Outside there is seating area with view of the pool. The private pool (80m3) can be used from the middle of May to the end of September.

Plenty of space to move around and a large garden to enjoy. There you can relax or play sports. The BBQ area, pool and the summer kitchen have everything you need. Just bring your swimming costume, suntan lotion and leave daily life behind.

There is large private driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Interaction with guests: I welcome the guests and show them everything in the property. I will be happy to give you useful information about the area, local restaurants, shops, clubs, beaches and other activities. During your stay I’m available by mobile and mobile apps. if any assistance is required otherwise I will leave you alone. Location: Our comfortable house located in Balchik within 10-15 minutes walking distance you can reach “Palace” and the Botanical garden, many supermarkets and restaurants. Balchik is a Black Sea coastal town and seaside resort in the Southern Dobruja area of northeastern Bulgaria. After the Second Balkan War, in 1913, the town was renamed Balchik and became part of the Kingdom of Romania. During Romania’s administration, the Balchik Palace was the favourite summer residence of Queen Marie of Romania and her immediate family. The town is the site of Marie’s Oriental villa, the place where her heart was kept, in accordance with her last wishes, until 1940 (when the Treaty of Craiova awarded the region back to Bulgaria). It was then moved to Bran Castle, in central Romania. Today, the Balchik Palace and the adjacent Balchik Botanical Garden are the town’s most popular landmark.
